Join us for the last Wind Ensemble & Symphony Band concert of the year!

The Symphony Band, under the direction of Scott Corley, will perform contemporary and traditional music by composers Alex Shapiro, John Zdechlik and John Phillip Sousa, and will feature UWM Youth Wind Ensemble flautist Rhea Karnick, winner of the annual concerto competition ‘UWAY’, the Charles Claws’ Poem for flute.

John Climer conducts his final performance with the full wind ensemble performing two award-winning compositions, that of Steven Bryant ecstatic waters (2010 Revelli Memorial Composition Prize), and come sunday by Omar Thomas (2019 Revelli Memorial Composition Prize.)
