Country duo Florida Georgia Line occupy the final stand at the Minnesota State Fair

Finally, country music duo Florida Georgia Line have been confirmed to fill the final slot of the Minnesota State Fair’s 2022 Grandstand Concert Series on August 31.

Tickets for the Wednesday night concert go on sale this Thursday at 10 a.m. for $75 to $106 through or by calling 800-514-3849. Young country singer Bailey Zimmerman (“Fall in Love”) will open the show.

Last seen in Minnesota handing out their hits — and free beer, too — at last summer’s We Fest, FGL partners Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley were back in our corner of the country over the weekend. -last end for the Cadott Country Fest near Eau Claire, Wis. the festival’s proximity to the Twin Cities prevented State Fair organizers from announcing the duo’s grandstand concert earlier.

The “Cruise” and “Dirt” hitmakers, however, should have no problem filling the room on short notice. In addition to the Zac Brown Band appearance on Sept. 2, the most expensive grandstand tickets this year are both for country artists.

  • Sunday, September 4: Final of the Amateur Talent competition
  • Monday, September 5: Disney Princess – The concert
